The BlueMouse LMS offers schools and teachers the ability to focus on the needs of all types of learners, whether it is one student, working at his or her own pace, or the teacher instructing a group of students with minimal technology. The addition of total integration with SpSIS makes it an easy to use complete solution for all schools operating in the cloud. The LMS is powered by BrainHoney, an Agilix company. Some of the many features include:
- Registration for classes in the LMS is done through SpSIS for total tracking of student course work.
- A rich bank of virtual curriculum is available (see below), free and for purchase, or you can create your own curriculum with thousands of online resources ready to use including State Standards.
- Grade books and objective maps are automatically created and student mastery of standards is tracked for every lesson.
- SpSIS tracks the class enrollment start date, end date, the class name and what state transcript code it matches for state CALPADS reporting.
- Student assignments completed, state standards attempted, assignment grades, and final grades and credits earned will transfer to the SIS for course tracking and reporting.
- All courses and student work can be transferred to PLS (Personalized Learning System) for compliant paperwork including Master Agreements, Assignment and Work Records, Learning Logs, and Report Cards.
- All assignments and grades will transfer seamlessly to POP-Grades! the SpSIS web-based grading engine, and the Student/Parent Portal, for school to home and back communication.
