* User Types and features available:
Type 1. School uses a combination of ReportWriter and SP SIS for all students. Students are enrolled in Learning Centers and all LC information is tracked through ReportWriter. All students are enrolled in ReportWriter.
Type 2. Site-based school utilizes SP SIS and students are enrolled in Learning Centers solely for ADA tracking purposes [ReportWriter is not used].
Type 3. Students are enrolled in Learning Centers for ADA attendance purposes and any of the following additional LC features are used to track student information [ReportWriter is not used]. WARNING: LC classes are for group instruction and cannot be individualized except through grades and comments!
- Students are enrolled in classes where assignments or class notes are tracked using teacher created classes with lessons/assignments
- Master Agreements
- Comments can be entered and tracked on Assignment and Work Record
- Informational attendance is tracked.
- Grades book
- Report cards can be created and imported into transcripts
- Teachers can make use of SP ReportWriter curricula.
- Public registration can be used to enroll students into Learning Center Classes.
- Parent/student portal is available to access school information, class schedules, assignments, and grades.
School Pathways SIS - Learning Centers Module
The features of Learning Centers are extensive and growing. Pricing for Learning Centers (LC) will change for the 2008/2009 school year and is based on the features you are using for your students.
