School Pathways

REG-Online! allows you to automate the student registration process at your school. Families can log into the system through your school web page, create their own secure password and complete all student application work from home. They will be able to complete a household record, student application, parent/guardian records, emergency forms and even upload immunization, birth certificate, and proof of residency records. Families finalize the records with an online signature completed with their mouse! They can even print a copy for their records.

Updating enrollment records can be a breeze! Families can log into the system and retrieve student enrollments records already stored in the system. Minor changes that need to be made can be saved and sent back to the office to replace old information.

SAVINGS! What is your school outlay for paper, ink, envelopes, and postage? How many personnel are reviewing paper documents and hand entering the data into the system? This feature could save your thousands of dollars!

The administrative office can communicate with families via the administrative side of the system. When enrollment forms are submitted, school personnel can view all records. If data is missing families can be notified via email.

 

Administration can access the student records to review and when ready to approve an application/enrollment form, it will import directly into the student information system.
