1. How to get new books on ReportWriter.

There are three ways to get books on ReportWriter.

1. You can enter them yourselves by typing the lesson plans in a Word document and then sending them to us to enter into the program. We have a special format that you will need to follow but this is the easiest way. You can always change this document at any time and we'll just reload it for you. Let us know if you'd like to do this so we can send you the format on how to type the book.
2. You can ask School Pathways to type the data for you. You will need to make a formal request and we have a form we'll send you for this. It will need school approval. We do charge for most data entry.
3. You can enter the book through our custom course entry in ReportWriter. This is a bit cumbersome and recommended only for a few modules.

2. New VENDOR Notice.

Some of our schools are tracking vendors that teach classes for their students. You will notice a new item at the bottom of the designate courses page that says "Class Vendor (if appropriate)." If you school is tracking vendors, you can choose the vendor that might be instructing your student in a particular class when you designate it. If your school is not using this feature, you will not get the vendor list to choose from.

3. Contacting School Pathways for Help.

When you contact School Pathways for help, you can help us by telling us what school you are with and your password to the system. We don't have people listed in one database, everyone is listed by school. Thanks in advance!

4. Losing Data.

If anyone loses data in ReportWriter, it is imperative that you call us right away if at all possible. We need to take a look at your data files before they change or you lose information permanently.
