1. Creating new Master Agreements for second semester.: You have the ability to create as many master agreements as you choose for a student throughout the year. This feature allows for changes without losing your original. To create a new Master Agreement go into the Courses tab and click on the current MA so it is highlighted. Click COPY to name the new Master Agreement (Ex: Spring 2007) and then click on CREATE. Your new master agreement will now contain the same courses as your original. Remove any of the old courses you don't plan on using and add new courses. After you've added your courses and clicked Save, go to the Master Agreement default page. Make sure you:

2. Getting the Temp Directory Error message?

If you're getting a Temp Directory error message popping up when you try to synch, do the following:

Close any instances of ReportWriter.
Go to www.schoolpathways.com and click on Downloads.
Under Microsoft Windows click on 4.2.58 Patch.
If you are using Internet Explorer, click run and then when the download is complete, click run again.

OR -

If you are using Firefox, click Save to Disk. Then Open. Then look for the new computer icon (looks like it has a little horse in the screen) on your desk top and double click on the icon to unpack the download. This icon should say 4.2.58 update. You can delete this icon when you have finished unpacking it.

This will run the patch and you should be able to synch RW again.
